Rat Control of Dallas TX

Rat Control of Dallas

Welcome to Rat Control of Dallas! We are Texas rodent control specialists. Our specialty is rat and mouse control. Our special 32-point process is the single most effective method in the country for permanently solving rodent problems inside houses and buildings. We are not a typical pest control Dallas rodent exterminator company that treats rodents in a similar way to insects, with repeated monthly or quarterly poison treatments. That's a never-ending process. We solve the problem ONCE, and PERMANENTLY, by thoroughly inspecting every component of your building and completely sealing shut all access points, to 100% rodent-proof your house. We physically trap and remove all rats or mice, a process that is completely effective once all access has been closed. The problem is soved forever, usually in a week or less. Click on our Dallas Prices page to find out more about our prices for rat control work. Or give us a call any time to schedule an appointment, usually within the next day. Dallas Rat Removal Tip: Hello David, my name is Debrah in Dallas TX. I came across your website while seeking info on what to do about animals/rodents/creatures in the attic bedroom wall of our 3 storey house. We have heard running and gnawing and scratching in --our walls for approximately 6 months now. About 2 years ago when we were concerned about the possibility of snake being in our crawl space since the door to the space had been left open for a while, the wildlife guy said no snakes, but he had found rat droppings and what he thought might be a rat nest. He put out poison blocks at the time. We have also noticed from a few years back that every time we turn on the air conditioner after having had the heat on for a while, there is an awful “dead rat” smell that comes out of the vents initially. I must note that one of the 2 air conditioning system units is in the crawl space, and the HVAC guys had cut a small hole in one of the ducts down there to rectify some freezing prob that was occurring during the winters. (just thought I'd give you as much info as I could as it might be relevant). I contacted the service recommended on your website (Teri Wildlife control) and had them come out (cost us $99) to evaluate the situation. He came out, looked in the little attic space in the attic bedroom where there were droppings that had been there for ~ 1 year (at least) and told us he could not help since those droppings were mice droppings. He said we needed to contact an exterminator. We then called another wildlife removal company (WildTech) who said the droppings were from both mice and flying squirrell and for $1500 they could help us. He laid down 4 mice traps and put some poison out in the yard and said it could take up to 14 days for the critters to be caught by the rat traps. He did inspect the roof and said he had found what could be an entry point for flying squirrels that appeared to lead directly into the attic space and that once they were out, he could then seal up that space. The problem is that those critters sound very, very heavy and large, not at all like little mice or flying squirrels (which are the size of little mice), and their activities have not diminished one bit in the 2 weeks the traps have been laid. They are definitely chewing on something and run back and forth from one end to the other constantly. They seem to have a lot of room in the area that they are in. We hear them from the ceiling in our bedroom (which is directly under a portion of the attic bedroom that extends beyond the wall of that room - not where the old droppings were found. There seems to be a small sealed area in our wall (but not big enough for a person to fit through though) that leads to the area the sounds are coming from, so that area must contain plumbing, ac ducts and electrical wires etc. as there are wall outlets etc along that wall). I know I am rambling and must be very confusing but I am so desperate. The TruRat guy asked us to show him from the outside where we heard the sounds and when we showed him, he said if that is where they are, then there is nothing they can do. I can't believe that! I am not sure why I am contacting you - except out of sheer desperation. We live in Dallas TX. Is there any chance that you or one of your guys would come up at our expense and do the job for us? The thought of the damage being done is very frightening. We need help please. Thank you for any help you can give us. Debrah
